Sizing Help

What size am I?

Please refer to our size guide for more information regarding your size.

It can be nerve wrecking buying a size online not knowing if it will fit, please feel free to reach out (milou.intimates@gmail.com) for personalised help.

What size is considered 'small'?

Milou is made specially for AAA, AA and small A cups. The cup has been designed specially for small breast volumes, and are much shallower than regular bra cups.

Shipping Information

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia
Free standard domestic shipping for all orders.
Express Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $15.

All shipping is handled domestically by Australia Post.

International Orders
For all orders, a flat rate of AUD$15 for standard shipping will be applied.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to most countries around the world. 

If your country isn’t listed when checking out and you would like to purchase our products, please send us an email. We are always reviewing our international strategy and are always looking to open up in new markets where we see demand.

How long does shipping take?

Although we will always do our best to pack and send your order on the day of purchase, this can take up to 2 business days (excludes weekends). 

Are orders sent with tracking?

All shipped orders will have a tracking number which will be sent via email.

Will I have to pay duties/taxes for international orders?

Some countries will charge customs tax & import duties which are the responsibility of the customer. Any duties and taxes owed on orders shipped will be billed directly to customers by the global carrier.

Not all orders are subject to duties and import taxes. Many countries and regions have a "de minimis", which is a minimum order value below which duties and import taxes don't apply.

Only pre-tax values are counted toward the de minimis threshold. Order and product discounts are also not counted toward the de minimis threshold.

If the customer fails to pay the duties required to accept delivery, orders will not be refunded. If an order is returned to Milou Intimates due to the failure of the customer to pay the required customs tax or duties, the total shipping costs incurred by Milou Intimates will be deducted from the store credit that will be issued to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please contact us within 30 days from date of delivery.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at milou.intimates@gmail.com. Please note that shipping costs are covered by you. If your return or exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items marked as final clearance.

What is my item is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve the issue for you.

A refund will be issued if the wrong size was sent or the defect/damage was caused by Milou Intimates.
